Why Stage Apartment Rentals?
Staging course corrects an apartment and makes it more desirable to any prospective tenant.
Apartment staging essentially erases the negatives in an apartment or distracts prospective renters from any imperfections the unit may have. By filling the unit with compelling decor, the renter will overlook items that are not to their satisfaction. This includes but not limited to dated finishes (light fixtures, cabinets, paint color).

Staging also illuminates the actual size of the space. Most renters cannot picture furniture in an empty apartment and understand if their existing furniture/belongings will fit. In particular, if the space is small, an empty room can look deceivingly smaller. And therefore, not adequate for a queen bed or sectional sofa, or other larger furniture item they may have.

Typical staging cost 1 month’s rent. It includes decoration for all-important rooms. This would include appropriately sized furniture, carpets, lighting and accessories.
